As members of the Jewish community mourn the victims of Sunday’s mass shooting, some are questioning their future in Australia and how to keep themselves safe. Another vigil and lighting of the candles for Hanukkah was held at the Bondi Pavilion on Tuesday evening, gathering large crowds of people from all over Sydney. While Police have been praised for their efforts on Sunday, the NSW government is facing criticism for not providing enough security at the weekend’s Hanukkah celebrations.
