An east Donegal teenager who lost his life in a tragic accident in the Twin Towns yesterday is to be laid to rest on Sunday.

Conor Temple (13), from Cavan Lower, Killygordon, was rescued from the River Finn yesterday evening, but was later pronounced dead at Letterkenny University Hospital.

He will be waked at his home tomorrow and will be laid to rest following Requiem Mass in the Church of Mary Immaculate, Stranorlar, at 11am on Sunday.

Conor is survived by his devastated parents, Clare and Aidan, much loved brother to Aoibhin and Matthew, cherished grandson of Carmel and Laurence, and the late Bridget and Pat.

 Remains reposing at his late residence on Saturday Dec 20th from 12 noon to 9pm.

Funeral leaving from his late residence on Sunday at 10.20 am for Requiem Mass in the Church of Mary Immaculate, Stranorlar, at 11am.
