It emerged in the latest tranche of Epstein Files released in the US.
Labelled “Federal Bureau of Investigation Official Record”, the note reads: “Pedophilia organized by JE for Prince Andrew.
“For evidence: look for keys stored in the drawing room. There are tapes in a secret compartment of a drawer next to a Michelangelo picture of a flower vase at his house in the Bahamas.”
On the form, the informant alleged that the crimes had been going on for 15 years.

It is not known if the FBI followed up on the claim or if there was any substance to it.
The former prince has always vigorously denied any wrongdoing relating to his relationship with disgraced Epstein, who killed himself in jail in 2019.
Hundreds of thousands of files from the FBI’s Epstein probe have been released in the last two weeks.
Emails have shown that Andrew — stripped of his titles over the scandal — asked child sex trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell if she had found him any “new inappropriate friends”.
He used the alias “The Invisible Man”.
It comes after we revealed he emailed pal Epstein months after he claimed to have cut off contact.
A representative for Mr Mountbatten-Windsor was contacted for comment.
