TE Harold Fannin Jr. has been downgraded to out and will not return in the second half against the Steelers. Fannin was initially questionable with a groin injury, which he sustained in the first quarter as he caught a 28-yard touchdown reception from QB Shedeur Sanders. Fannin initially showed up on the injury report on Friday with a groin injury and was questionable heading into Sunday’s game.
