Detectives have launched a murder probe after a man was stabbed to death inside a Birmingham home.
The victim was fatally stabbed at a property on Olton Bouelvard East in Acocks Green shortly before 2pm today, January 13.
Despite paramedics’ attempts to save him, the man was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim’s family have been informed and were being supported by specialist officers tonight.
A police cordon was erected around the property after emergency services rushed to the scene.
Detectives were carrying out CCTV enquires and speaking to potential witnesses in the area.
A West Midlands Police spokesperson said: “A murder investigation has started after a man was fatally stabbed in Acocks Green.
“We were called by ambulance colleagues to an address on Olton Boulevard East shortly before 2pm this afternoon.
“A man was found seriously injured and despite the best efforts of paramedics, was tragically pronounced dead at the scene.
“The man’s family have been informed and are being supported by specialist officers.
“Our investigation is at an early stage and officers are working at pace to establish the full circumstances around what happened, speaking to witnesses and reviewing CCTV.
“A scene remains in place while forensic examinations are carried out, and local officers are there to offer reassurance to the local community.
