Spring is in the air, and with the changing seasons, Starbucks is dropping a host of new beverages across Canada.

It’s been a long, cold winter for many, and starting March 3, the coffee giant will be serving up some brand-new colourful menu additions to brighten up your day.

Starbucks is launching several new sips featuring ube and coconut flavours. First up is the Iced Ube Coconut Macchiato, with layers of toasted coconut, milk, and shots of espresso, served over ice and topped with its purple ube coconut cream cold foam.

In a Canadian-exclusive, there will also be the Ube Coconut Latte with espresso and steamed milk infused with toasted coconut syrup and ube.

Other new additions to the spring lineup include the Toasted Coconut Cream Cold Brew, which pairs cold brew with toasted coconut cream cold foam.

There will also be the Toasted Coconut Latte, which combines Starbucks signature espresso with toasted coconut-flavoured syrup and milk and can be served hot or iced.

Alongside the new sips, Starbucks will be bringing back some returning favourites such as the Iced Cherry Chai and its lavender-flavoured beverages.

In addition to the Lavender Latte, the Lavender Crème Frappuccino, and the Iced Lavender Cream Matcha, Starbucks will be serving up the new Iced Lavender Cream Chai, with premium chai and milk, served over ice, and topped with lavender cream cold foam.

The drinks menu isn’t the only place with new additions, with a new year-round snack being introduced. The Mini Dill & Rye Bagels will feature three savoury rye pumpernickel bagel rounds filled with dill cream cheese with a hint of lemon zest, and topped with white sesame seeds.

There will be some sweet treat additions too, including the return of the Lemon Cake Pop and the brand-new Frog Cake Pop.
