Tottenham may soon have another new face in the dugout.

Manager Igor Tudor’s brief spell in charge, after replacing the sacked Thomas Frank, has been a disaster. Spurs have now lost all four matches since the Croat’s appointment, shipping 14 goals in the process, which is the worst start of any manager in the club’s history.

Tottenham have now lost six consecutive matches for the first time in their history, which has left them one point above the Premier League relegation zone and staring the unthinkable in the face.

Following Tuesday night’s disastrous 5-2 loss at Atletico, betting has been suspended by some bookmakers on Tudor being sacked, and Sean Dyche has been backed into favouritism to be the next permanent Spurs manager ahead of fan favourite Mauricio Pochettino.

Dyche, who was only recently sacked by relegation rivals Nottingham Forest, was fourth favourite to replace Tudor at odds of 11/2 but is now the standout favourite at 2/1 to become the third Spurs head coach of the season.
