Among other things, they include the following: We wanted to remove the nuclear threat; this was a preemptive strike against an attack on America; we wanted to liberate the Iranian people; we wanted to curb Iranian militias in the Middle East; we wanted to install a more friendly dictator; we wanted to take revenge; we wanted to bring world peace; we fulfilled a divine plan; Israel attacked and we were forced to join in.
