The time has come for opposition to the war. It must come not only from the traditional provinces of the left, wing, but from the very heart of Israeli society
After one of the saddest holidays ever to have been observed here – when the only liberty left to Israelis (the privileged among them) being the choice of a protected space; when the government of Kahanists no longer hides its plundering, barbarous intentions and when Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s plan to reduce the country’s citizens to helpless subjects is transparent and obvious to anyone not burying their head in the sand – the time has come for Israel’s center, the silent, critical mass, to come out against the war.
