A 24-year-old has been charged after a man in his 20s was seriously injured during a shooting in Bristol, police have said.
William Scammell, from Speedwell, faces charges of attempted murder and being in possession of a shortened shotgun.
The force launched a manhunt after a gun was fired at a car on Speedwell Road in the city at about 13:47 BST on Wednesday.
Scammell will appear at Bristol Magistrates’ Court on Saturday.
