Joel Ward 5
Caught cold for the first goal. Made a total mess of the third. Made several good challenges, however.
Ben Cabango 5
Was given a torrid time for much of the afternoon. Another who didn’t cover himself in glory for the opening goal.
Cameron Burgess 5
Was also given a tough time on the day. Did win a fair amount in the air, however.
Josh Tymon 6
Did okay on the left. Put in a couple of solid crosses and linked up fairly well with Widell at times.
Goncalo Franco 7
Competed really well in the middle of the park. Tenacity won the penalty for the leveller.
Marko Stamenic 5
Didn’t really have his usual impact in the middle. Subbed.
Ronald 7
One of his better outings. Got into some good positions and created good chances for Vipotnik and Widell. Subbed.
Malick Yalcouye 6
Showed some classy touches, but just struggled with the physicality of the contest at times. Subbed.
Melker Widell 7
Pressed really well throughout and caused plenty of problems for Sheffield United defence. Unlucky not to score. Subbed.
Zan Vipotnik 7
Was a handful for much of the afternoon. Cool finish for the penalty. Should have had a second a few minutes later, mind. Subbed.
Subs:
Liam Cullen (on for Yalcouye 58) – A welcome injection of energy. Pressed really well too – 7
Gustavo Nunes (on for Ronald 58) – A real livewire out wide. Unlucky not score late on – 7
Adam Idah (on for Vipotnik 70) – Scored and grabbed an assist. A superb cameo – 8 – STAR MAN
Jay Fulton (on for Stamenic 70) – Set up one and played his part in build-up for the equaliser – 7
Eom Jisung (on for Widell 77) – Took his goal really well late on – 7
