BEIRUT (AP) — Deadly Israeli strikes have hit central Beirut despite a ceasefire announcement in the U.S.-Israeli war with Iran. Israel says the ceasefire doesn’t apply to its fight with Iranian-backed Hezbollah, and launched what it called the largest coordinated strike of the conflict. Hezbollah hasn’t agreed to the ceasefire.
