Geelong has selected their initial 26 player squad for Sunday’s clash with St Kilda at GMHBA Stadium.
Tyson Stengle has been added to the Cats squad, a chance to play his first game since the Round 15 match against Brisbane after missing the previous two games due to family reasons.
Mitch Knevitt has also been included on an extended bench, alongside Sam De Koning who could make his return after missing the last three games following shoulder surgery.
The Cats will finalise their team at 5.00pm on Friday afternoon, with five players to be named on the interchange and the remaining three to be emergencies for Sunday’s clash.
Geelong returns home for another important clash this weekend as they take on St Kilda, looking to maintain their spot in the top four with six games remaining in the home and away season.
It will be a chance for the Cats to bounce back from their loss to the Saints in Round 2, but this time the match will be played at GMHBA Stadium, a venue that St Kilda have not won at since 1999.
With three games remaining at GMHBA Stadium in the 2025 home and away season, do not miss a moment of the action and make the most of Geelong’s 3 Game Family, Food & Footy Membership.
Included in the offer you will receive General Admission access to the remaining 3 Games at GMHBA Stadium for 2 adults and up to 4 children, along with a $100 food and beverage voucher to use in the Joel Selwood Stand. Follow the link below for more information.
