The 17-year-old police say shot five people in Iowa City last month has been arrested in Georgia by the U.S. Marshals Service. IOWA CITY, Iowa —
The 17-year-old police say shot five people in Iowa City last month has been arrested in Georgia by the U.S. Marshals Service.

According to a news release, Damarian M. Jones, 17, of Cedar Rapids, will be charged with the following:
