Uncrowned has Ronda Rousey vs. Gina Carano live results, round-by-round updates, highlights and start time for the Rousey vs. Carano fight card on Saturday night at the Intuit Dome in Inglewood, California. In a historic event, UFC Hall of Famer Ronda Rousey and MMA pioneer Gina Carano make their returns atop the first-ever MMA card broadcasted by Netflix and promoted by Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions.
Rousey (15-0) changed MMA forever when she debuted in the UFC in 2013, making six consecutive defense of the UFC women’s bantamweight title and opening the floodgates for women to compete in the sport’s biggest promotion. She now makes her return to the cage for the first time in nearly 10 years.

Carano (7-1), likewise, competes for the first time since 2009. Like Rousey, she helped tear down the door for women’s MMA and was one of the sport’s most high-profile trailblazers of its earliest eras.
Rousey vs. Carano’s preliminary card starts at 6 p.m. ET and can be watched live below.

Five rounds to work. Lins takes an outside leg kick to start. He fires one back and gets hit with a hard body kick. Lins ties up, while Ngannou defends with a guillotine choke position. They break and go back to trading leg kicks. Lins gets cracked with some big Ngannou punches and goes for a desperation takedown. He pulls guard to try and keep things tight to avoid big shots. Lins manages to work his way up, but eats more big punches. He narrowly evades a head kick before more lefts and rights come his way. Lins cracks Ngannou with a surprise right overhand! They tie back up with Ngannou pushing Lins to the cage. Ngannou punches to the body, as Lins hangs on. He’s absorbing thumping shots now. They separate and trade! Ngannou catches Lins, and he’s out! Clean! Ngannou does it again.

Philipe Lins is the weekend’s sacrificial lamb, folks.
Anyone throwing their support behind Lins’ wildly slim chances has highlighted that he left the UFC on a four-fight win streak. However, that was two years ago — at light heavyweight after he couldn’t make it in the UFC heavyweight division.
I mean, it doesn’t get rougher than that.
Sure, Ngannou has been mostly inactive since he left the UFC in 2022, particularly in MMA. But he still carries nuclear power that could sleep two horses at once. On top of that, he’s continually worked on his overall game, as seen in his 2024 fight against Renan Ferreira.
Somewhat similar to Carano, Lins has nothing more than a puncher’s chance here, hoping to land a concussive crusher before Ngannou metaphorically detaches his head from his body.

Parnasse dumps Cross immediately as they scramble! Cross pushes Parnasse to the cage and finds a brief single-leg takedown. Parnasse stands to keep fighting in the clinch. He’s backed to the wall. Parnasse sneaks out and chains Cross to the ground in a scramble, circling to maintain position before they stand again and return to the cage. Parnasse turns, taking control before they break. Cross jabs. A one-two tags Cross, and he begins jabbing the body with Cross backed up. Cross goes for a single-leg to back Parnasse to the cage. Parnasse drops his hips for a single and finds it. He starts clubbing away at Cross, getting into mount! They scramble, and Parnasse takes the back. Cross defends by bringing the left arm to the right side of his head. Parnasse lets go and starts dropping vicious ground-and-pound. Cross is in survival mode. He stands and gets pummeled some more! Parnasse is unleashing hellfire. Cross takes a body shot and crumples. Vintage Parnasse!

Don’t let the oddsmakers fool you on this one. Salahdine Parnasse vs. Kenneth Cross is one of the best matchups on the entire card. These odds just reflect a supreme belief in someone as talented as Parnasse.
The multi-weight KSW champion has solidified himself as one of the best fighters outside the UFC in recent years. Since claiming KSW gold at both featherweight and lightweight, Parnasse has focused on the latter division, continuing to finish everyone put in his way, whether standing or on the ground.
Cross, 31, is a great prospect in his own right and should’ve been signed to the UFC after his Contender Series victory in 2020. He’s gone 6-1 since, and put himself in a reasonable position to earn a fight of this magnitude on this card.
Expect a very high-level striking match in this one, largely seeing Parnasse dictate the pace. He’s the more well-rounded overall fighter and often slices and dices opponents before getting them to the mat for ground-and-pound or submission finishes. The guy’s a straight-up killer. Could the pressure of the moment be too big? Sure. But this is a man who’s accrued some great experience in KSW and shown up more often than not.
Parnasse is legit.
