Retired U.S. Army General and KKR Chairman David Petraeus says Iran appears to be softening on the Strait of Hormuz, but warns nuclear and proxy issues remain unresolved. He also warns that Iran could emerge from the war with some strategic strength, and could close the Strait at any time – and that Gulf States are investing heavily in energy resilience and military defenses in response.
