3 people dead after shooting in Canoga Park, officials say – NBC Los Angeles

At least three people are dead after a shooting in Canoga Park on Sunday, officials said.

The incident happened in the 8000 block of Owensmouth Avenue before 7:20 p.m., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Officials say the three people died at the scene but did not provide further details about them.

Video from NewsChopper4 showed multiple LAFD and police vehicles at the scene, as well as a crowd of people who were surrounding the area blocked off with police tape near the Lanark baseball field and an apartment complex.
