President Donald Trump left internet users baffled on Saturday night after sharing an image of an unidentified woman with a caption reading, “Great daughter. My Honor!!!”
Trump offered no details about who the woman in the photograph is, or what he intended by the accompanying message; the woman in the image is neither of the president’s daughters.
Newsweek contacted the White House via online form and email on Sunday for comment.

Who Is the Woman in the Photo?
The photo shows a blonde woman smiling toward the camera, holding an older-style landline phone against her ear.
A visual analysis by Newsweek suggests the woman is sitting in a room in Camp David, the presidential retreat in Maryland, where Trump was scheduled to be spending the weekend.
A red sofa where she is seated is among several pieces of furniture in a living room that includes a rocking chair, multiple tables and plants. Images of the interior of Camp David from during President George W. Bush’s time in office show similar features such as chairs, cupboards and cushions.
The state seal of Arkansas visible on the sofa suggests the picture was taken during President Bill Clinton’s time in office; he was governor there before becoming president.
Sharing a screenshot of the puzzling Truth Social post on X to his 1.1 million followers, journalist Aaron Rupar asked, “Who is this?”
Mirror US journalist Mikey Smith posted on X: “OK – I think I’ve solved the mystery… I’m pretty sure the woman is Margo Catsimatidis, and I think the picture was taken at Camp David (…where Trump is this weekend.) , probably during the Clinton Administration.”
Who Is Margo Catsimatidis?
According to catsimatidis.com, Margo Catsimatidis is a businesswoman, philanthropist, and community leader who was born in Indiana and moved to New York City in 1971 to pursue a career in ballet. As a child, she became the youngest person ever invited to dance with the Bolshoi Ballet, before a dance injury led her to pursue other professional opportunities.
She began working for Red Apple Supermarkets in 1973 and later married businessman John Catsimatidis. Together, they helped grow the Red Apple Group into a major conglomerate with interests in supermarkets, real estate, aviation, and energy. In 1984, she founded MCV Advertising Associates, which became one of the leading retail print advertising agencies in the New York metropolitan area.
Beyond business, Catsimatidis is best known for her philanthropic and civic work. She helped establish the Hellenic Times Scholarship Fund in 1989, which has awarded more than $2 million in scholarships to over 800 Greek American students.
She and her husband are co-publishers of the Hellenic Times, the largest English-language Greek American newspaper in the United States, and she is a member of Leadership 100, a group that supports and helps guide the Greek Orthodox Church in America.
Her charitable involvement has included leadership roles with the Alzheimer’s Association, Parkinson’s Disease Foundation, Police Athletic League, New York Hospital, and several cultural and heritage organisations. In recognition of her philanthropy and community service, she received the Ellis Island Medal of Honor in 2000 and has been honoured by numerous charitable and civic groups.
Claims Point to Manhattan GOP Connection
If the woman in the Truth Social post is Margo Catsimatidis, why would the president say she had a “great daughter”?
Margo Catsimatidis’ daughter, Andrea, is a prominent GOP activist who has met Trump and posted images of them together on her social media accounts.
Other posts on Andrea’s social media (not shown) reveal her to be a long-time supporter of Trump.

Identity Remains Unconfirmed
Whether Trump was actually referring to Andrea Catsimatidis in the Truth Social post remains unconfirmed, as does the true identity of the woman pictured.
The comments section beneath the Truth Social post was similarly inundated with users questioning the woman’s identity, with no conclusive answers emerging.
