Lewis Hamilton’s British Grand Prix podium is at risk after another steward’s investigation at Silverstone.

Finishing third, Hamilton will be investigated after the race for a yellow flag infringement following a late crash for Max Verstappen, which brought out the safety car.

The race ended under the safety car, with Charles Leclerc winning from George Russell, with Hamilton third.

Any potential time penalty could drop Hamilton out of the points, with Oscar Piastri in 11th, finishing 4.0s behind.

Hamilton previously earned a five-second time penalty for a false start, serving this at his pit-stop.
