Three 13-year-old girls are set to front the Children’s Court after allegedly beating, stripping and whipping a 14-year-old girl in Sydney’s south-west overnight.

Police alleged the girl, who was known to the three girls, was approached at a bus stop in Claymore on Friday night.

She was then held at knifepoint.

The group of teens then allegedly punched and kicked the 14-year-old, who was told to strip off her clothes.

The alleged victim was then whipped with a phone cord. The three left with a top, pants, shoes and a mobile phone.

An air search then commenced by NSW Police, and the trio were arrested a short time later in Claymore.

The young girls’ mobile phones have all been seized.

The trio have been charged with aggravated robbery with an offensive weapon and causing and possessing child abuse material.

Paramedics assessed the 14-year-old victim, but she did not require hospitalisation.

The 13-year-olds have been refused bail and will front Parramatta Children’s Court on Saturday.Â
