Derby County suffered a 3-1 defeat to Freiburg as they concluded their trip to Austria in a game that the saw the Rams compete on pretty equal terms until the latter stages of the game.
The game was played over two hour-long periods, with John Eustace fielding a different XI in both halves, former Blackburn man Ryan Hedges played the first 55 minutes before being replaced by Remi Harvey.
The Rams slipped behind to a ninth minute goal from Cyriaque Irié but equalised on the quarter hour mark when Oscar Fraulo won a turnover as SC Freiburg tried to play out and laid on for Morris to finish coolly with his left foot.
The first period ended at 1-1 with Eustace sending on a fresh, more youthful team for the second.
The second half saw Freiburg get the win with goals from Vincenzo Grifo and Leon Catak.
