Earlier on Sunday, NBC10 was at the scene in the area of Norris and Front streets as first responders conducted a water operation.

A car that appeared to resemble Staples’ was seen getting towed away at some point, but it was only late Sunday night when NBC10 received confirmation that it was hers.
