Footage appears to show President Trump dozing off during a signing ceremony in the Oval Office on Monday.
The clip shows Mr Trump with his eyes shut and head tilted down as the head of the National Institutes of Health, Dr Jay Bhattacharya, talked about the freshly-signed executive order to split up childhood vaccines.
The order, called “Gold Standard Childhood Vaccine Recommendations”, directs health agencies to reconsider vaccines children receive and how they’re administered, according to The Washington Post.
Meanwhile, Iran increasingly believes is looking for an exit from the war as Washington’s military options narrow and the conflict drags into a sixth month.
That is the opinion among several analysts in the US as the nation grows weary over the conflict.
There is talk among US commentators that Tehran has become acutely aware of growing pressure on the Trump Administration to reopen the Strait of Hormuz and bring the fighting to an end.
