BREAKING: Gardaí launch probe after teenager dies in south Donegal

Gardaí have launched an investigation after a teenager died following an incident in south Donegal on Monday.

Gardaí were called to an incident at a rural location at Inver where a male youth sustained serious injuries. He was airlifted to Sligo University Hospital, however, he passed away yesterday.

“The scene is currently being held for technical examination,” a garda spokesperson said.

 “Enquiries are ongoing and no further information is available at this time”.
