The world number one continues to dominate the PGA Tour more than any golfer has since Tiger Woods’ prime.
Woods is also a big fan of Scheffler’s and congratulated him on winning this year’s Tour Championship.

Tiger Woods highlighted Scottie Scheffler’s statistical dominance on social media after his Tour Championship victory.
Although Scheffler only won three tournaments this year, he was runner-up five times and finished third twice.
The 30-year-old will also surely win the PGA Tour Player of the Year award for the fifth consecutive season.

While Scheffler is not concerned with chasing legacy, he has earned comparisons to the game’s all-time greats.
His Tour Championship victory will reopen the debate about whether he is as good as Woods was in his prime.
