Ceasefire breaches

Israel is scheduled to hold a general election for the 26th Knesset on October 27.

Recent polling released by public broadcaster KAN indicated that Netanyahu’s Likud party continues to lose electoral support, projecting it would secure only 20 of 120 parliamentary seats if elections were held today.

Since Israel launched its genocide in Gaza in October 2023, more than 73,000 Palestinians have been killed and over 174,000 wounded, according to Palestinian figures.

Meanwhile, Israel continues to breach the ceasefire agreement in effect across the Gaza Strip since October 10, 2025.

Israeli violations of the truce have killed 1,344 Palestinians and injured 4,464 others, according to the latest data from Gaza’s Health Ministry.
