PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) — The man accused of terrorizing people in Center City while wearing a creepy Chucky-style mask is back in Philadelphia.
Zymire Hughes, 22, appeared in a Philadelphia courtroom Sunday and is being held on a $100,00 bail.
He was tracked down and arrested in Las Vegas on August 25.

Action News obtained new body camera footage showing how police in Las Vegas tracked down the masked suspect, accused of terrorizing people in Center City.
Investigators say Hughes chased and harassed people in Center City Philadelphia while wearing the mask during early morning hours.
