The Margolis Gallery at Congregation Beth Israel opened its new fall exhibition, “Seeking Joy,” on loan from the Heller Museum at Hebrew Union College in New York City.
The Sept. 3 exhibit opening featured music by Beth Israel Rabbi Adrienne Scott and music director Mark Vogel. Light bites and refreshments were served.
Celebrating moments of Jewish joy and resilience, this inspiring exhibit offers an uplifting experience during the High Holy Days season.
“Seeking Joy” was most recently on view at Temple Israel in West Bloomfield, Mich. Following the recent terror attack on Temple Israel, Congregation Beth Israel was honored to provide temporary stewardship of the exhibition.
“Seeking Joy” will be on display at the Margolis Gallery through December.
