The driver who hit a Los Angeles Metro bus on Tuesday will be arrested on suspicion of murder after the collision killed two people, police said.
An NBC helicopter covering the bus crash fell out of the sky and went down near the scene. NBC reporter Eliana Moreno and George Marciniw along with a pedestrian died.

A SUV collided with a Metro bus near the intersection of Nordhoff Street and De Soto Avenue on Tuesday. NBC
Firefighters were called to the scene to extricate victims who were trapped as a result of the crash.

As of Wednesday morning, a third victim in the tragic Los Angeles news chopper crash had been identified.
Officials identified the victim as 29-year-old Edy Gutierrez Mejia, who was a pedestrian.
Earlier, as the bus rumbled eastbound on Nordhoff street, the SUV slammed into it, embedding itself inside the vehicle. The collision also injured six people including the driver, a woman.
The SUV driver is suspected of reckless driving and running a red light combined with possible DUI, police said.
