The incident occurred in the 3000 block of Stoney Cluster
SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police said an argument on the North Side between two men escalated, with one stabbing the other multiple times.
The incident happened around 2 a.m. Friday in the 3000 block of Stoney Cluster, which is located near Wetmore Road.
According to SAPD, the two men were arguing over property. At some point, one of the men, 23, went back inside his home to avoid the argument.
The second man, 19, allegedly attempted to break into the home. However, police said the resident stabbed him multiple times in self-defense.
The resident was later treated on the scene by EMS for a cut on his leg.
SAPD said the 19-year-old man who attempted to break into the home was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
