Cook Political Report moves 15 House races into Democrats’ favor

The nonpartisan Cook Political Report, an election prognosticator that rates competitiveness, on Friday moved 15 House races into Democrats’ favor.

Two of those GOP-held districts — Arizona’s 1st and New Jersey’s 7th — went from toss-ups to lean Democrat. Three races, including Rep. Monica De La Cruz’s (R-Texas) went from likely Republican to toss-ups.
