For decades, David Barnea, former head of the Mossad, operated in the shadows. Since retiring in June, he’s been appearing at various social events and starting to establish his new status in the business world. Not much time passed between the end of his tour of duty and his appointment as global president and chairman of Ondas, an American defense technology company that is engaged in an aggressive acquisitions effort, some of it aimed at Israeli firms.
