Panicked 911 calls revealed the moments after a University of Georgia senior accidentally plunged from her 8th-floor apartment and miraculously survived.

Kristin Sargent, 21, was rushed to intensive care after she plummeted from a window while dancing on a couch and fell onto her building’s pool deck in Athens, Georgia, shortly after 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.

“We were dancing, and she just fell out of the window,” her worried pal told a dispatcher in a 911 call obtained by The Post. “She’s not moving.”

The female friend told the dispatcher that they had been drinking but added, “It was nothing extreme at all, we were all fully conscious.”

Another resident of the Rambler Athens building in the heart of the famous college town said in a separate 911 call that he had seen the fall from his 5th-floor room.

“I just saw someone fall out of, like, the eighth-floor window and land on the grass by the pool,” he said. “They look like they’re unconscious, at least.

“We heard a noise and looked out and, yeah, it doesn’t look good.”

The lucky blonde, a senior studying finance and marketing at UGA, admitted she “can’t believe” she’s alive, her dad, Richard Sargent, told Channel 2 Action News.  

“She’s a good fighter, and so she’s going to be OK,” he said.

He didn’t explain what caused the horrifying fall –– which reportedly left the victim with several broken bones –– but said that it came after the Georgia Bulldogs beat the Oklahoma Sooners 41-13 on Saturday.

“University of Georgia just won a football game,” the dad explained. “I bet there was a lot of kids here who are 21 years old who were super happy.”

Police were dispatched to the building at approximately 7:37 p.m., according to a report obtained by The Post.

Sargent is recovering in intensive care with several broken bones after investigators said she fell out of a window while dancing on a couch in Athens, Georgia.

“I arrived and spoke with bystanders who advised that the female victim had been dancing on a couch or air mattress which was near an open window and had apparently fallen through the screen and onto the ground below,” responding officer Erik Ellison wrote.

“When I arrived, the victim was on the ground near the pool, which at this complex is in a courtyard on the second floor of the building.

“It appeared from the scene that the victim had struck a metal bench as she fell, as the cushion on the bench had some blood on it, and the armrest of the bench had broken off.”

Sargent and other witnesses were interviewed at the hospital and all the information gathered suggested it was an accident, Ellison added.  

Forensics also processed the scene and the investigation remained ongoing at the time of writing the report, he said.

“At this time it appears that the victim will survive,” Ellison wrote.

Witnesses reportedly said a lounge chair may have helped break Sargent’s fall before she hit the ground.

The Rambler Athens building sent a message reminding residents that windows throughout the complex have safety limiters and warning them not to “tamper with, remove or disengage” the devices, Channel 2 reported.

However, authorities have not said whether the window Kristin Sargent fell from had a safety limiter engaged or if it played a role in the incident.

The student’s dad said the family rushed to Georgia from their home in Virginia after someone called and told them, “Oh my God, Kristin’s had a tough fall.”

Management at The Rambler said in its message to residents that it was cooperating with investigators.

A Rambler Athens representative told The Post on Tuesday: “Our thoughts are with our resident, and we are wishing for a speedy recovery.

“We are continuing to gather information and review the circumstances surrounding the incident.”
