LAFARGEVILLE, New York (WWNY) – “You ever come to my house again, you will not like it. That’s not a threat, that’s a promise to all you tyrant pedophile FBI agents.”
FBI agents said this text message was sent to them by the LaFargeville man they arrested Thursday afternoon at Penet Square Apartments in the village.
According to documents filed in federal court, Dylan Daniell, no age released, sent the text to agents after they tried to question him about “disturbing” phone calls to a Jewish charity in Lakewood, New Jersey.
Calls to New Jersey charity
According to the FBI, a man is recorded as telling the charity, “I would like to put all the Jews in a gas chamber and kill them, is that okay?”
In another call, the man said, “I would like to blow up Israel and kill all the Jews,” “can I blow up the Jews and kill all the fu**ing Jews, and blow up Israel?” and, “You motherfu**ers are robbing hard innocent Americans, what the fu**s wrong with you?”
In a third call, the man said, “I would like to kill Benjamin Netanyahu and all the Jews.”
The FBI said it traced the phone number to Daniell.
Agents attempt interview
On Wednesday, two agents tried to interview Daniell as he arrived at his Penet Square apartment with a woman, an infant and a dog.
The agents said they introduced themselves as FBI agents, to which Daniell laughed and unleashed a string of profanities, including “F**k you guys and f**k the FBI,” and “Get the f**k out of here. I’d never talk to you.”
The agents stated that Daniell continued, saying, “Suck my d**k, only good cop is a dead cop,” and “get the f**k out of here before I pull something out on you.”
According to the agents, Daniell walked away. The agents left.
Later that afternoon, the FBI received the threatening text message, allegedly sent by Daniell.
Arrest draws attention
Thursday afternoon, the FBI caused a stir in the apartment complex when it returned to arrest Daniell. A neighbor described hearing two loud booms and seeing marked and unmarked police cars.
An official not with the FBI said flash-bangs were used.
Daniell was charged with threatening a federal law enforcement officer with intent to impede, intimidate, or interfere.
