The facility manufactures Decylin-M, a specialized rocket fuel component used in Kh-55 and Kh-101 cruise missiles, as well as fuel additives for diesel and aviation kerosene, Kyiv Post sources within Ukraine’s Security Service (SBU) said in February, after the first strike on the enterprise.

Both missile types are among Russia’s primary long-range weapons used in strikes on Ukrainian civilian and energy infrastructure.

Regional Governor Vitaly Korolev said the fire had been extinguished and plant employees had been evacuated to a shelter. No workers were injured, he added.

Oil depot fire reported near Belgorod

In the Belgorod region, two people were killed and four others, including a child, were injured when shells struck private homes in the Belgorod district, the regional operational headquarters said.

Following the attack, NASA’s FIRMS satellite monitoring system detected a fire at an oil depot north of Belgorod, Exilenova+ reported.

A Yandex data center in Kaluga was damaged in a Ukrainian drone attack overnight, marking the second consecutive day that the Russian technology company’s data centers have come under attack, RBC-Russia reported, citing the company’s press service.

Several modules at the Kaluga facility were completely disabled, potentially disrupting some services, Yandex said.
