Lengthy closure expected; lanes are closed in both directions between Grayshott Road and Goldstein Road/South Sparrow Lake Road, say OPP
A serious Saturday morning crash has led to the closure of Highway 11 in Severn Township.
The Orillia OPP say the highway is closed in both directions between Grayshott Road and Goldstein Road/South Sparrow Lake Road due to the collision that occurred around 5 a.m. The extent of injuries is not yet known.
Traffic is being diverted through South Sparrow Lake to Cambrian Road and Nichols Line to connect back to Highway 11.
“Motorists should avoid the area as the closure is expected to be lengthy,” says a social media post from the OPP.
