Midfielder Jarrod Berry (shoulder) and forward Eric Hipwood (calf) will both miss the final round of the home and away season through injury, as will Luke Beecken (omitted).
The Lions have included young trio Kai Lohmann, Ty Gallop and James Tunstill who have been named on the interchange beside Levi Ashcroft and Sam Marshall.
Beecken has been listed as one of three emergencies along with ruckman Oscar McInerney and defender Darragh Joyce.
Sunday night’s match with the Hawks is scheduled for a 7:20pm start and will be broadcast live on Seven, Fox Footy and Kayo.
