Three people have been found unresponsive at a home, including two men with stab wounds.
Emergency services were called to a property on Myall Av in Leura, a town in the Blue Mountains, about an hour and a half’s drive west of Sydney, about 7.30am on Sunday following reports of concern for welfare.
Two men, believed to be in their 40s, were discovered with multiple stab wounds.

They were treated by paramedics before being rushed to Westmead Hospital in a serious but stable condition.
A woman, believed to be in her 60s, was also found unconscious and was taken to Blue Mountains District Hospital in a critical condition.
A crime scene has been established and an investigation is underway.
