In tonight’s episode, Maira rushes to see Armaan at the hospital while Abhira struggles with her feelings and decides to stay away, thinking his family is enough for him.

In tonight’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode, Abhir expresses his doubt that Armaan has once again disappeared like before. He remarks that running away seems to be Armaan’s pattern. Curious, Maira asks more about Armaan’s whereabouts. Meanwhile, Geetanjali discovers that Anshuman is still searching for Pookie. At the same time, Vidya phones Geetanjali to check in on Armaan. Geetanjali informs her that he is admitted in the hospital and urges her to keep this news from Maira, fearing Maira’s reaction might be difficult to manage.
Despite their efforts, Maira comes to know about Armaan’s condition and dashes towards the hospital in distress. Abhira, Abhir, Vidya, and Kaveri chase after her in concern. However, Abhira abruptly halts. Vidya questions her decision, asking if she doesn’t wish to see Armaan. Abhira responds that Armaan will already be surrounded by his family and won’t need her presence. Anshuman then asks if she wants to see him anyway, but Abhira tells him to inform her if he finds any clues about Maira.
Elsewhere, Tanya seeks Krish’s help with draping her sari. Krish, however, advises her to choose an outfit that complements her personality better. Displeased, Tanya lashes out at her designer for not adding sufficient fabric to the sari and demands a replacement with proper length.
Abhira, on the other hand, is overwhelmed with guilt. She criticises herself for turning away from Armaan, realising that although he hurt her, ignoring him now feels like revenge, which doesn’t sit right with her.
Kajal and Sanjay are deeply worried about Charu’s sudden disappearance. Kajal reveals that neither Swarna nor Manish are answering their calls. Sanjay suggests involving the police and asks Krish to take the lead. Meanwhile, Kiara texts Abhir. Abhir informs Kajal and Sanjay that Charu is likely missing due to stress related to her career. Just then, Tanya walks in and talks excitedly about her first ritual. Kiara questions Abhir about hiding the truth regarding Charu’s disappearance. Abhir explains that rituals are still ongoing and eventually shares the news about Armaan. Hearing this, Kiara decides to go meet him.
At the hospital, Maira anxiously watches over Armaan. Geetanjali tries to calm her down, but Maira’s only concern is when he will wake up. Vidya tries convincing her to head home, but Maira refuses to budge. Geetanjali reminds her that she must return to Mount Abu by evening. Meanwhile, a nurse comes in with hospital papers and asks for a signature from Armaan’s closest family member. Both Vidya and Geetanjali step forward, leaving each other surprised. Vidya takes the file from the nurse and hands it to Geetanjali. Geetanjali asks if she can sign, mentioning that she is Armaan’s fiancée. The nurse replies that it’s better if a blood relative signs. Geetanjali and Vidya exchange a glance, noticing that Maira is watching them. To avoid raising any questions, Geetanjali tells the nurse they’ll handle it later and turns to Maira, saying Armaan needs rest and she’ll get her something to eat. As she takes Maira away, she subtly signals Vidya to sign the papers. But Maira notices Vidya picking up the file to sign.
Later, Tanya attempts to make kheer but creates chaos in the kitchen. Manisha and Kajal step in to help her out. Tanya jokes about possibly being the first daughter-in-law to mess up the kitchen so thoroughly. Manisha, however, reminisces about Abhira’s cooking. Offended, Tanya reacts negatively to the comparison.
Abhira grows increasingly restless about Armaan. Anshuman suggests that she should go and see him. Meanwhile, Geetanjali and Maira talk about returning to Mount Abu. Maira optimistically says that once they’re back, she’ll begin planning Geetanjali and Armaan’s wedding. Just then, Abhira sees them. Abhira enters Armaan’s hospital room and gently asks him to wake up. The nurse tells her that his old injury has been hurt again, so it’s hard to say when he will recover. Abhira urges Armaan to stay strong and fight for Pookie like he always did, telling him they’re close to finding her. Just then, the ECG machine beside him starts beeping, showing signs that he is beginning to respond.
