If you’re not using artificial intelligence, you’re already being left behind.

That’s the warning from our politicians, as the government grapples with how to embrace and regulate AI.

There’s no doubt the technology is remarkable, transforming the way we live and work, abolishing menial tasks and making medical breakthroughs.

But it’s also stealing intellectual property, and putting people out of work.

So is AI the most exciting thing since the industrial revolution?

Or, is it a poisoned chalice that will replace everything intrinsically human and wipe out industries and livelihoods in the process?
