Fetch also adds Crunchyroll streaming app.

Fetch TV today announced six new channels launching alongside the Crunchyroll streaming app, which carries a separate subscription fee.

The new channels are Kid’s channel Moonbug, military history channel Declassified and four new Stingray music channels (Stingray Loud, Stingray Retro, Stingray Country and Stingray Hits).

From 1st September, Fetch subscribers to the Ultimate Pack will gain access to all six new channels, while subscribers to the Variety, Vibe and Kids packs will receive the selected channels available in their respective pack.

Fetch TV CEO, Dominic Arena said “This investment in world class content reflects our commitment to delivering the best value and broadest entertainment for Australian households. We’re proud to launch these six new channels in Australia, giving families more for less – more variety, more value, and more reasons to choose Fetch as their best value all-in-one entertainment hub.”

● Moonbug launches in Australia with Fetch as launch partner
For the first time on Australian television, much-loved children’s favourites from Moonbug Entertainment – including CoComelon, Blippi, Little Angel and more – will be available on the big screen through the dedicated Moonbug channel on Fetch.

The new channel provides a safe, ad-free environment where kids can enjoy fun and educational content, giving parents peace of mind about what their children are watching.

“We’re thrilled to be bringing the very first Moonbug Channel to Australia. Partnering with Fetch TV makes it possible for us to share the fun, music and stories that kids already love with even more families across the country. We can’t wait for Australian parents and children to enjoy these shows together for the very first time,” said Nicolas Eglau, Managing Director EMEA, APAC & Global Distribution at Moonbug Entertainment.

● Fetch expands music offering with four new Stingray channels, exclusively
Stingray Loud, Stingray Retro, Stingray Country, and Stingray Hits deliver a genre for every taste and moment. From rock anthems and nostalgic throwbacks to country vibes and chart-topping hits, Stingray channels now give Fetch subscribers more ways to enjoy music at home.

“We’re pleased to grow our partnership with Fetch and bring even more music variety to Australian households,” said David Purdy, Chief Revenue Officer of Stingray. “The new channels give us a powerful platform to connect with music lovers of all ages and tastes.”

● Declassified – untold stories of war and history
Rounding out the expansion is Declassified, a premium factual channel launching for the first time in Australia, on Fetch. The channel explores warfare, military strategy, intelligence, and history – from historic battles and covert operations to modern-day intelligence and defence. Declassified offers gripping documentaries that bring untold stories to light and give Fetch subscribers a powerful new destination for premium factual programming.

“Declassified goes behind the headlines to uncover the stories of warfare, intelligence, and history that have shaped our world. We’re excited to bring this compelling and premium content to Australian audiences on Fetch,” Jon Penn, Managing Director APAC – Blue Ant Media.

Crunchyroll Streaming App Now Available on Fetch
