After nearly 20 years together, Jessica Alba and Cash Warren announced their split earlier this year.
Both Alba and Warren have moved on and are dating people significantly younger than themselves.
The two—committed to co-parenting their three kids in a healthy way—“just want each other to be happy,” a source told Us Weekly.
After announcing their separation earlier this year after nearly 20 years together, both Jessica Alba and Cash Warren have moved on, with both dating people that are significantly younger than them.
Alba, 44, is dating actor Danny Ramirez, 32; Warren, 46, is seeing model Hana Sun Doerr, 26. How do the former spouses feel about one another’s latest romances?
“The age difference is not a big deal,” a source told Us Weekly. “They think it’s common in Hollywood, so there’s no issue. They are cool with each other dating.”

The insider added that Alba and Warren—who also share three kids together—are “happy for each other. There’s no negativity or bad feelings. They’re still good friends and just want each other to be happy. And they aren’t judging each other.”
The source said that Warren and Sun Doerr met through mutual friends and, while they are in an exclusive relationship—per Us Weekly—it’s still in the early stages and “no major long-term steps have been discussed,” according to the outlet.

Alba and Ramirez were also set up by friends. “It’s less serious than Cash’s relationship,” the source said. “It’s fun and casual.”
Neither Alba nor Warren are in any rush to introduce their new partners to their kids, and have had a discussion about “boundaries” when it comes to dating after their split: “They are incredibly protective of their kids’ privacy and well-being, so introducing new partners would be taken very slowly and only once a relationship is stable and serious,” the insider said.

The goal when it comes to co-parenting, the source added, is to maintain a “stable and peaceful environment for their kids.”
“The divorce was a mutual decision, so it makes sense for them,” the source continued. “They are friends and will always be in each other’s lives with the kids, so they want to foster a loving relationship. They just want each other to be happy.”
