Pink sparked concern from her fans with her latest post on Instagram, while she’s meant to be enjoying a nice holiday.

The singer, real name Alecia Beth Moore, posted a snap of herself hooked up to an IV and joked that everything was fine.

Turns out the 45-year-old had contracted E. Coli while on a family vacation and in true to form style, found a way to embrace the awful sickness.

The singer was recently forced to shut down rumours which have been flying about her online, confirming that she had no new song coming out.

Alongside a video she filmed with a “fake filter” on her face with Willow popping in and out of the background she explained that there is no song called ‘Gorilla’ coming out despite what people may have heard or seen.

“I am not singing for a football game, or for fans … football fans? I don’t know, football fans at a football game?” she added.

She added that her mum, stepmum and even her husband Carey Hart had started to ask questions about what was going on and it’s simply not true.

“If you don’t hear it from me and my big mouth it ain’t true,” she captioned the sassy post.
