You might’ve heard this week that new research from Super Consumers Australia has revealed more than a third of Australians haven’t nominated who should receive their super if they pass away.

Legal Practitioner Director Anthea McIntyre explained the difference between binding and non-binding death benefit nominations, and how superannuation is treated after someone dies.
