Emergency services were called to the carpark of the Westfield on Foxwell Road in Coomera at about 1.25am.
They found a 32-year-old woman, a ride-share driver who had been stabbed multiple times in the face and neck.
She was taken to hospital, where she remains in a critical condition.
An investigation into the incident is underway.
