It’ll be a history-making day for the Titans’ Leagueability program on Saturday when they square off against fellow NRL clubs as part of a big game day at Cbus Super Stadium.
Over 100 players who play inclusive rugby league will converge on the Gold Coast for three exciting games, with the home side to face off against teams from the North Queensland Cowboys, New Zealand Warriors and Tweed Seagulls.
Playing as curtain-raisers and half-time entertainment for the Round 27 showdown between the Titans and Wests Tigers, the special afternoon will celebrate inclusion, teamwork and community with the contests a big milestone in achieving the goal of providing an opportunity for everybody to play a form of rugby league.
The Titans inclusive side will run out at 3.05pm in a tag clash against the Cowboys, before a brutal contest awaits between the Titans’ Adaptive squad and the Warriors – which is anticipated to be a very physical battle at 3.45pm.
The Titans’ All Abilities team will then be the NRL’s half-time entertainment with a tag showcase against the Tweed Seagulls’ Leagueability program.
