Coronation Street’s Carl Webster is forced to confess that he’s lured Brody Michaelis and Dylan Wilson into the world of crime next week, after a horror car crash leaves a Weatherfield resident fighting for their life.
Still beholden to Tracy Barlow’s ultimatum for cash, Carl informs Brody and Dylan that he has a job for them that involves nicking a car.

“Carl ropes Brody and Dylan into stealing the car, then the two teenagers take it up a notch and hurtle down the cobbles as fast as they can.
“George spots the car while in the middle of a chat with Fiz, then it dawns on him that it’s Dylan behind the wheel.
“So, when a crash takes place, you can only imagine how complicated things become – and even more so when Abi forces Carl to admit that he’s turned Brody and Dylan back to crime.”

The week kicks off with Kevin and Abi returning from their summer holiday in Mallorca. However, it doesn’t take long for Kevin to lock horns with Carl when he spots him working at the garage.
With Abi, Jack and Alfie nearby, the irked mechanic makes it clear to Carl that he wants him gone from Webster’s Autos before the day is up. However, Carl is soon sidetracked by his criminal activities – with horrific consequences…
Later on, Abi confesses to Carl that she can’t get him out of her head. But unfortunately for both, the cute exchange is interrupted when Abi notices Carl’s phone ringing with a call from Dylan.
Caught out, Carl comes clean and reveals that he’s enticed Brody and Dylan to steal cars to order. How will Abi react to her lover’s terrible confession?

Meanwhile, George reveals to Dylan that he saw him driving the stolen vehicle with his own two eyes. And with a mystery individual still laid up in hospital, Dylan does his best to convince George that he has it all wrong.
“Dylan desperately tries to remove himself from the mess he’s made,” explains our source. “But how can he when someone is so seriously hurt?
“George is certain about what he saw, and there’s no getting away from that. It’s yet to be seen whether Carl, Dylan or Brody will pay for what they’ve done to one distraught family. But one thing’s for sure, they deserve to.”
But as one clan face agony over their wounded relative, how will Carl, Brody and Dylan deal with their festering guilt? And will the troublemaking trio be held accountable for their crime?
