Warriors front-rower James Fisher-Harris may have scored the fastest try in rugby league history in a start to a game on Friday night described as “ridiculous”.

Eight seconds was all it took for the Warriors to score a try in their clash with the Sea Eagles at Brookvale Oval, with Daly Cherry-Evans letting the ball bounce and Fisher-Harris swooping.

“I don’t believe this!” said Fox League caller Andrew Voss.

“You are kidding me.

“We have seen a first — it has to be the fastest try in rugby league history.

“That is ridiculous.”
