Glenn August is paid to worry. The co-founder and chief executive of the New York-based, $US100 billion private credit giant Oak Hill Advisors counts eight of the world’s 10 largest sovereign wealth funds among his clients, as well as seven of America’s eight largest pension funds and several Australian superannuation giants. And they’re all paying him to spot the kind of risks that might prevent them from getting their money back.

“I’m a credit guy, so I worry about everything,” August says during an interview in Melbourne. But right now, he isn’t finding much to get really concerned about.
