Following back-to-back wins over New Zealand, the Commbank Socceroos returned to club duties across the globe this weekend.

Daniel Arzani bagged his first goal contributions in Hungary with a hat-trick and an assist, Marco Tilio netted his first in Austria and Mitch Duke scored an important goal for Machida Zelvia in Japan. Meanwhile, Jackson Irvine returned as a substitute for St Pauli after a long injury layoff.

Starting in the English Championship, where Lewis Miller (cap #635) came off the bench in the 70th minute for Blackburn Rovers on Sunday as they beat Nestory Irankunda’s (cap #643) Watford 1-0. 

Irankunda – fresh from his goal-scoring antics in New Zealand – also came off the bench in the 54th minute. 

Elsewhere, Cameron Burgess (cap #633) played another full game on Sunday for Swansea City in a 2-2 draw with Hull City.

Recent call-up Adrian Segecic played 76 minutes on Sunday in Portsmouth’s 0-0 draw with Southampton. 

Sam Silvera (cap #634) was an unused substitute for Middlesbrough in a 2-2 draw with Preston to keep their unbeaten start alive on Sunday.

Callum Elder (cap #614) also played a full game for Derby County on Sunday in a 1-0 win over West Brom.

Massimo Luongo (cap #575) also played a full game for Millwall in a 1-1 draw with Charlton on Saturday.

Also in England, Joe Gauci (cap #631) was in goal for EFL League One side Port Vale, keeping a clean sheet in a 2-0 win over Exeter City FC on Sunday.

In Italy’s Serie A, Alessandro Circati (cap #637) – who had the honour of captaining the Socceroos in New Zealand – played a full game for Parma in a 2-0 loss to Cagliari on Saturday.

Over to Germany, where Connor Metcalfe (cap #611) came off the bench in the 93rd minute as St Pauli continued their unbeaten start to the Bundesliga season with a 2-1 win over Augsburg on Sunday. Captain Jackson Irvine (cap #568) also returned to the bench as he continues his recovery from a foot injury.
 

In the Netherlands, Jordan Bos (cap #632) was an unused substitute for Feyenoord on Sunday as they recorded a fifth win in a row to start the season with a 1-0 triumph over Heerenveen. 

Fresh from scoring on his Socceroos debut, Max Balard (cap #652) played another full game on Sunday in NAC Breda’s 2-2 draw with FC Twente.

Ajdin Hrustic (cap #589) played 83 minutes for Heracles Almelo in a 2-1 loss to AZ Alkmaar on Sunday.

Elsewhere in the Netherlands, Josh Nisbet (#642) played the full game for Roda JC Kerkrade in their 3-3 Eerste Divisie draw with Jong Ajax on Sunday. 

In Denmark, Mohamed Toure (cap #636) – who bagged his first and second international goals in New Zealand – came off the bench for Randers in the 70th minute in a 1-0 win over Sønderjyske Fodbold on Saturday.

In Croatia, Fran Karacic (cap #607) played 73 minutes for Hajduk Split while recent call-up Anthony Kalik was on the bench in a 2-0 loss to NK Varaždin on Sunday.

Socceroos captain Maty Ryan (cap #555) made his second Levante appearance as the LaLiga outfit drew with Real Betis Balompié 2-2 on Monday.
 

In the Belgian Pro League, Ryan Teague (cap #649) came off the bench in the 87th minute in a 1-1 draw for KV Mechelen against Standard de Liège on Saturday.

In Serbia, Milos Degenek (cap #585) – who was given the captain’s armband for the Socceroos in Canberra – came off the bench in the 91st minute on Monday as TSC Backa Topola beat FK Mladost Lučani 1-0 in the Super Liga.

In Austria, recent call-up Noah Botic came off the bench in the 64th minute for Austria Wien FC on Monday in the Austrian Bundesliga in a 1-0 win over SK Sturm Graz.

Elsewhere in the league, Marco Tilio (cap #616) came off the bench at half-time and scored the final goal as Rapid Wien beat WSG Tirol 4-1 on Sunday.
 

In Scotland, Martin Boyle (cap #599) played 56 minutes for Hibernian on Sunday while recent Socceroos call-up Jack Iredale played 88 minutes in a 3-3 draw with Dundee United. Fellow Aussie Zac Sapsford also scored for United.

Elsewhere in the Scottish Premiership, Cameron Devlin (cap #625) played a full game for Hearts in a 2-0 win over Rangers on Sunday. 

Apostolos Stamatelopoulos (cap #644) also played 61 minutes for Motherwell in a 1-1 draw with Dundee on Sunday.

Ryan McGowan (cap #546) also played a full game for Livingston on Sunday in a 0-0 draw with Aberdeen.

Meanwhile, Keanu Baccus (cap #628) also played another full game for St. Mirren on Sunday in a 2-1 win over Falkirk.

Over to the MLS, where Kye Rowles (cap #622) came on in the 60th minute for DC United in a 1-1 draw with Orlando City on Sunday. 

Elsewhere in the competition, Patrick Yazbek (cap #641) came off the bench in the 69th minute for Nashville in a 2-1 loss to FC Cincinnati on Sunday.

In the Czech First League, Garang Kuol (cap #627) made his debut for AC Sparta Praha, coming off the bench in the 70th minute in a 2-1 loss to FC Hradec Králové on Monday.

In Hungary, Daniel Arzani (cap #596) scored two goals and assisted in Ferencvárosi TC’s huge 15-0 win over Szarvaskend SE in the Magyar Kupa third round on Sunday.

In Japan, Mitch Duke (#559) came off the bench in the 74th minute and scored the equaliser for Machida Zelvia in a 1-1 draw with Yokohama FC on Friday in the J1 League.
